to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and

with the purchase.

3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Tamuz Electronics Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long
as a request to return is received by us within 0 days of receipt of item and
are returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
(Tamuz Electronics Ltd) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT
refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns
Tamuz Electronics Ltd will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a
the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will
reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Tamuz
Electronics Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer

In 1953, Mascot was the first Norwegian manufacturer to introduce car radios in Norway. In the early 1960s, Mascot even established a manufacturing joint venture in Turkey to meet the demand in this region.

Market Adaptability

Our experience goes well beyond radios and manufacturing abroad, however. As the radio business became increasingly competitive throughout the 1960s, Mascot looked to utilize its development and manufacturing know-how in new ways and found an exciting emerging market in telephone answering machines. For over 35 years, Mascot manufactured these machines under the brand name Ekkofon, which for many businesses became synonymous with the name for an answering machine.

From radios to power supplies

In addition to our manufacturing base, Mascot started in the 1970s also to import stereo and video equipment from the Far East. These were sold under both the Mascot and Silver brand names, and this continued until 1989.

The power supply business came out of the need for battery eliminators for Radios. These were promoted for the first time in 1964. The range of power supply products has grown considerably since then, reflecting changes in customer demands and technology.

Today, Mascot is a leading manufacturer of power supplies and battery chargers. Our main offices are located in Fredrikstad, Norway, and production can either take place in our own facilities in Tallinn, Estonia, or in Ningbo, China.
